Following a series of panels on DMRV throughout 2022 and 2023, it is clear the market believes digital innovations in MRV systems can improve the reliability, efficiency and credibility of carbon credits. And with a growing consensus on the need to transition from conventional to digital MRV to underpin the future of carbon markets, conversations have quickly shifted from why to how, who and when.  
Guidance from standard bodies in the VCM and compliance markets is essential to creating the enabling environment for DMRV. In this panel, several reputable standard bodies will provide an update on their DMRV activities and how they are engaging with actors across the board. Since we are in climate emergency and urgent action is required, they will also reflect on how to accelerate the deployment of DMRV innovations.  
 
This 60-minute panel will be broken down to a 3 part discussion. In the first part, standard bodies will share an updated on their DMRV activities to date. The second part will focus on collaboration and how actors from across the board can jump on the DMRV bandwagon. Finally, we will look at what needs to happen to fast track the transition to DMRV.
